At the heart of the resort lies the Ayurveda Centre, guided by an experienced team of doctors and therapists who create personalised treatment programmes for each guest. From rejuvenation and detox to stress management and relief from chronic conditions, every therapy follows the principles of traditional Ayurveda. Treatments take place in soothing therapy rooms and are complemented by daily yoga, meditation, and pranayama sessions held in garden or beachfront settings. The resort also maintains its own herbal garden to ensure the purity and potency of the oils and medicines used in treatments.

Dining

Nutrition is a vital part of the healing process at Nattika Beach. The resort’s Ayurveda restaurant serves a completely vegetarian Ayurvedic buffet, carefully prepared in line with Ayurvedic diet principles by the Executive Chef and in-house dietician. Each meal is tailored to promote balance and harmony, using fresh, organic ingredients that support guests’ individual treatment plans.

Many of the vegetables used in the restaurant come directly from the resort’s own organic garden, just a short stroll away. This vibrant garden is filled with a variety of familiar and lesser-known plants that inspire many of the dishes on the buffet. Guests can enjoy an array of wholesome vegetarian meals, from traditional Kerala specialities to light international options, all designed to nourish the body and support holistic wellbeing. Ayurvedic cooking demonstrations are also offered, inviting guests to explore the connection between food, health, and balance and to bring these practices into daily life.

In line with its holistic philosophy, Wi-Fi access is intentionally limited to help guests disconnect and immerse fully in their wellness journey. Connectivity is available in the reception and beach lounge areas, while in-room access is provided only on request and with the approval of the consulting doctor - ensuring digital balance that supports the healing process.
