Do I need surfing experience?
No. Our surf holidays
welcome complete beginners with expert coaching in a safe, supportive environment. Sessions are adapted to your level, whether you are standing on a board for the first time or looking to refine your technique.
Can I combine surf with yoga?
Yes. Yoga is a natural complement to surfing, supporting flexibility, balance and recovery. All of our surf retreats include yoga alongside the surf programme, and some offer dedicated surf and yoga packages.
What is a typical day like on a surf holiday?
Days are shaped by the tides and conditions. You might have a morning surf session, yoga or stretching midday, free time to rest or explore in the afternoon, and a second surf or wellness activity later on. The pace is relaxed and flexible, adapting naturally to the ocean.
Are surf retreats suitable for solo travellers?
