Facilities at Absolute Sanctuary are designed to support both active days and restorative downtime. At the centre of the resort is a 20 by 10 metre infinity-edge swimming pool, with the ChillWell Lounge nearby for quieter moments and free wireless internet throughout. A full weekly schedule of activities runs alongside the programmes, including wellness talks, healthy cooking sessions, daily educational workshops and optional island excursions for guests who want to explore Koh Samui at a gentle pace.
Wellness Facilities
The spa at Absolute Sanctuary is built around seven indoor treatment rooms and six outdoor Thai salas, so treatments can be taken in private or in the open air surrounded by tropical greenery. The menu covers Thai and oil massages, anti-stress and specialty massages, detoxifying body wraps, Intraceuticals facials and Moringa treatments.
The detox centre has four colon hydrotherapy treatment rooms staffed by a wellness consultant and three nurses, alongside a FAR infrared sauna, herbal steam room and Salt Sanctuary. Supportive emotional and alternative therapies are available throughout.
For movement, there are two yoga studios, one indoor and the open-air Sun Shala, running up to 14 classes a week across Hot, Flow, Yin Yang, Hatha and Restorative styles, with visiting workshops and teacher trainings. The Pilates facility is split between a group studio with 20 Merrithew SPX reformers and a private studio equipped with reformers, Cadillac, Chair and barrel, again with up to 14 group classes a week and private sessions available. Alongside these sit a fitness studio with cardio, strength and functional equipment, and a Rhythm Cycling Studio with 20 bikes for music-driven sessions.
Recovery is supported by the Absolute Contrast Therapy area, which pairs a hot jacuzzi with two cold plunges and a sauna. Aerial yoga is also available for guests wanting to add variety to their practice.

Dining is at the Love Kitchen, where menus are plant-forward and built around wholesome seasonal ingredients, with dishes adapted to suit different programmes including detox and weight management. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free requirements are all catered for.
The Vitamin Bar serves freshly prepared smoothies, cold-pressed juices and herbal teas through the day, and the soup and broth corner keeps nourishing broths available between meals.
