FACILITIES
Within the retreat, there is a gym onsite which hosts many of the fitness classes, yoga balcony, meditation room, outdoor relaxation areas, swimming pool and spa and recovery facilities. Other classes such as Bikram, Hot Yoga, Muy Thai, Hiit and Strength classes take place at RAW.FITNESS gym which is approximately 5 mins drive from the Main Villa. Hikes in the local hills and cycles along the beach will allow you to explore the island. In addition to the fitness and recovery sessions, there are also trips to the night markets and temples so you can experience the culture of Thailand.
Spa
At Phuket Cleanse, they believe that recovery is just as important as the fitness and nutrition which is why there are 3 full body in-room massages per week included in the programme. The ease the aching muscles, you will also have access to the infrared sauna, magnesium baths, Thai herbal steam sauna and infamous ice bath. You can book more treatments from an extensive menu of spa treatments available at The Spa House.
Dining
Everybody eats together at the communal dining table in the Main Villa and during the week, the menu offers raw and organic plant based options, while at the weekends all food is removed from the buffet and replaced with delicious soups, juices, wellness shots and teas to fuel and cleanse your body.

LOCATION
Phuket Cleanse is located at the southern-most tip of Phuket in the peaceful town of Rawai, known for its namesake beach and fishing village. It’s also just a 10 minute drive to Big Buddha and Nai Harn beach.

The retreat comprises of a collection of seven villas all decorated in their own styles and surrounded by peaceful tropical grounds and a lake, just moments away from the main street of the residential neighbourhood. The rooms are all centrally located around the Main Villa where the communal pool, lounge and dining area are. The rooms are clean and spacious with organic amenities, rain showers and ambient lighting designed to induce a deep sleep.

It exceeded all expectations and was truly lifechanging for me both in terms of internal and external experiences. The retreat is an incredibly special place to recharge and heal your mind, body and soul and I have made friends for life there. I am also in talks with Stanton to return next year to teach kettlebell sport, stretch and complementary therapies. I can’t wait to see my PC family again!
