Wellness Clinic provides scientific and medical wellness treatments, including technologies such as cryotherapy, colon hydrotherapy, EMSCULPT and INDIBA. These therapies support physical recovery, body conditioning and overall wellbeing.


Wellness GAYA focuses on physiotherapy, movement therapy and functional fitness. Facilities include a wellness gym, Pilates studio and Functional Strength Assessment (FSA) studio, where therapists assess posture, mobility and strength to design personalised exercise programmes.
 

Wellness JAI is dedicated to traditional healing therapies and holistic treatments, bringing together Traditional Thai Medicine, energy healing and restorative body therapies delivered by experienced practitioners.


In addition to these specialised zones, the retreat features the Bor-Naam hydrotherapy area, which includes a vitality pool, oxygen bath, soda bath, cold plunge pool, infrared sauna, steam room and experience showers designed to stimulate circulation and support recovery.
