Kickstart or continue your health and fitness routine with a varied active programme in the 5,000sqm indoor and outdoor training area whilst meeting new friends in a social environment.

What's Included

- 7 nights accommodation (Sunday – Sunday) (alternative durations available)

- Induction orientation session
- Access to group fitness training sessions such as cross-fit style workouts, HIIT training, booty core and circuit training, yoga, boxing, core smash workouts, body 360
- 1 excursion per week such as trips to waterfalls, temples and beaches
- Optional excursions such as volcano hikes, surf lessons, trip to Gili Islands (subject to additional cost)
