GI Jane Bootcamp is a residential women’s-only health and fitness retreat designed to help women achieve their personal best whilst still having fun. Ideal for those looking to kickstart a new fitness and weight loss regime, this intensive bootcamp retreat has been designed by military-trained instructors to challenge, motivate and educate you to test your physical and mental limits. Expect varied drills and exercises, nutritionally balanced food and expert emotional support to strengthen your endurance, cardio levels, strength and general fitness.
This tough but inspiring bootcamp invites guests of all levels of fitness and weights, GI Jane Bootcamp will work you to your own full capacity with a programme of high intensive fitness activities. The trainers will assess your fitness levels on arrival with a maximum of 16 guests on camp at anyone time to allow for a more personalised experience.
The menu has been designed to maximise the performance of your body when exercising with a healthy and balanced menu of 5 meals and snacks consisting of 1200 calories per day.
Located in Sittingbourne, Kent, just an hour outside of London, the bootcamp retreat is located in and around some of England's finest countryside packed with numerous quaint villages and a patchwork quilt of fields and farms, waiting to be explored by bootcampers on their runs and walks. The stunning scenery of the Garden Of England provides an inspiring backdrop to motivate you.
