Guests are encouraged to unplug with limited Wi-Fi, available only in communal areas during breakfast and dinner. Whether through solitude or daily activities like nature walks or cultural excursions, the sanctuary invites guests to rediscover balance in a peaceful and nurturing environment.

Dining

At Sen Wellness Sanctuary, dining is an integral part of the healing experience, with Ayurvedic meals thoughtfully prepared to nourish the body and support your wellness goals. Meals are crafted by a local chef using fresh, seasonal produce and traditional Sri Lankan spices, sourced from nearby markets. Served buffet-style at a communal table to encourage connection, the menu follows Ayurvedic dietary principles, featuring vegetarian, gluten-free, and occasionally locally caught fish options. Guests enjoy two main meals and a light evening dinner each day, designed to aid digestion and detoxification. To complement the retreat's holistic ethos, coffee and alcohol are excluded, allowing guests to fully embrace their rejuvenation journey.

Good to Know

While the current is too strong for swimming directly in front of the retreat, a scenic 25-minute walk along Rekawa Beach leads to a tranquil rock pool where it's safe to take a dip.
