Spread across two serene floors, the spa features indoor and outdoor heated pools, a steam room, five saunas, two Jacuzzis, a cold spring-water plunge pool, and a variety of peaceful relaxation areas. Treatments draw on the healing properties of the surrounding forest, using natural essences from larch, mountain pine, spruce, and stone pine. Dining at My Arbor is a celebration of flavour, quality, and regional heritage, blending South Tyrolean and Italian influences with global creativity.
