About RXV Wellness Village
RXV Wellness Village is an integrative wellness retreat in Thailand set within the 50-acre Suan Sampran estate on the banks of the Tha Chin River, around 45 minutes from Bangkok. One of Thailand's most historic botanical estates — with century-old trees, organic gardens and a working farm certified to IFOAM standards since 2012 — it provides a genuinely unusual setting for a wellness retreat, one that connects the programme to the land it grows from.
The sister property to RAKxa Integrative Wellness, RXV draws on the same integrative expertise across Traditional Thai Medicine, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, energy healing, physiotherapy and modern medical wellness — delivered across four dedicated zones: Wellness Clinic, Wellness GAYA (body and movement), Wellness JAI (mind and holistic therapies) and Bor Naam (hydrotherapy). Eight programmes cover detox, destress, mindfulness, physical rebalance, beauty and weight management, with family stays and a dedicated children's wellness programme available alongside.

Hotel Facilities
RXV Wellness Village sits within the 50-acre Suan Sampran estate, surrounded by botanical gardens, organic farmland, century-old trees and shaded pathways along the Tha Chin River. The grounds are well suited to walking, cycling and outdoor movement — yoga and meditation sessions take place beneath the trees and beside the river as part of the daily programme.
Outdoor swimming pools are set within the landscaped gardens, with relaxation lounges, herbal tea stations and communal areas overlooking the gardens and river for time between sessions. The property includes a children's playground alongside cooking classes, flower mandala workshops and creative arts sessions for families. Dedicated seminar facilities accommodate corporate groups of up to 120 people for wellness-focused team gatherings and retreats.
Wellness Facilities
Wellness at RXV is organised across four zones. The Wellness Clinic offers scientific and medical treatments — cryotherapy, colon hydrotherapy, EMSCULPT, INDIBA and IV drip therapy — supported by doctor consultations and diagnostic assessments. Wellness GAYA focuses on physiotherapy, movement and functional fitness, with a Pilates studio and a Functional Strength Assessment studio where therapists evaluate posture and mobility before prescribing personalised exercise programmes.
Wellness JAI brings together Traditional Thai Medicine, Ayurveda, TCM, energy healing and holistic spa therapies — Thai Court Type Massage, Abhyanga, Marma Healing, Chi Nei Tsang gut health massage and crystal and sound healing among them — administered by accredited holistic doctors and wellness specialists. Bor Naam is the hydrotherapy zone, with a vitality pool, oxygen bath, soda bath, cold plunge pool, infrared sauna, steam room and experience showers.
Dining
Dining at RXV follows the Rainbow Food philosophy — colourful, nutrient-dense dishes using ingredients sourced from Patom Organic Farm and the Sampran Sustainable Farming Model.
RXV Kitchen is the main restaurant, with panoramic views across the Tha Chin River from indoor, outdoor and terrace seating. The menu covers Thai and international dishes with gluten-free and dairy-free options. RXV Café offers light meals, healthy snacks, pastries and a range of teas, coffees and juices.
Good to Know
Accommodation
RXV Wellness Village has 79 rooms across three styles — Classic, Contemporary and Neo — each drawing on Thai arts and craftsmanship from different regions of the country. Rooms look out over the Tha Chin River, the gardens or the traditional Thai houses on the estate, and the emphasis throughout is on comfort and calm after a day of treatments and activity.
Location
RXV Wellness Village sits within the Suan Sampran estate in Sampran, Nakhon Pathom province, on the banks of the Tha Chin River — approximately 45 minutes from central Bangkok and both Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang international airports. The surrounding botanical gardens, organic farmland and century-old trees give the setting a character quite unlike anything closer to the city, while remaining easily accessible for guests flying into either Bangkok airport.
