What People Say About Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena

We would firstly like to thank you for putting together such a wonderful holiday for us. We have had a truly fabulous and relaxing time away. Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena is outstanding and we could not rate it highly enough. The staff, the service, the facilities, the setting and the accommodation were all beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were certainly treated like royalty. The selection of treatments that we had were incredible and we have come away with the purpose of our holiday (to rest and rejuvenate) accomplished.

We are already talking about our next trip and we would certainly consider returning there again!

Our only piece of feedback would be around the food. The hotel food was lovely, especially the incredibly vast and varied breakfast spread. However, for lunch/dinner what was on offer was a little more limited at the hotel.  There wasn't much alternative close by as it is quite remote by foot and we found most things were closed on the Sunday/Monday. We did eat at the couple of little bar/restaurants that were in the immediate area, which we loved, and which gave us a very authentic experience! I am sure there is more if you're prepared to travel a little further afield, but we were content staying within the San Bernardo area. This is absolutely not a criticism, it was just something to note.
