WELLNESS PROGRAMMES
The facilities blend into the natural setting and has been built on high-energy grounds using sustainable materials of bamboo, wood and straw. Amongst the waterfalls and stone bridges in the tropical jungle of the retreat, Fivelements offers sacred spaces where meditation, ceremonies and blessings take place along with a laboratory to create organic herbal products and remedies for treatments and an organic garden to grow herbs and spices for the restaurant. There are also 2 water healing pools; a circular, heated ‘Watsu’ therapy pool and large lap pool, both featuring massage jets and underwater music, for relaxation and meditation. A range of creative Sacred Art activities are also available from purification ceremonies to yoga, meditation, dance and visual arts which will encourage you to enhance your connection between the mind and body.
Restaurants
Famous for its award-winning ‘living foods’ menu, Fivelements serves up ‘healing cuisine’ in the form of organic, plant-based, nutrient-rich food in the award-winning Sakti Dining Room. The majority of ingredients are locally sourced with 80% of the menu being raw food and is guaranteed to leave you feeling cleansed and refreshed, even if you’re not on a weight loss programme.
Spa
The healing therapies take place in the riverside healing rooms at the Healing Village or in the Sacred Space where you can experience a combination of meditation, spiritual bodywork and prana energy treatments to balance the body and mind, emotionally, spiritually and physically by authentic Balinese healers. You can also indulge in detoxifying body scrubs, aromatic baths and facials in the Bidadari Beauty Sanctuary using the natural ingredients made in the laboratory.
