The Vital De-stress programme takes a holistic approach to help you unwind both physically and mentally during your stay. Restore your mind, body balance with a variety of of treatments to help you relieve the symptoms of stress and rebalance including a relaxing Indian head massage and an aerial yoga class to increase endorphin levels. A guided meditation overlooking the sparkling blue ocean will teach you valuable techniques to implement into your daily life when you return home
