All-Inclusive Holistic Wellness Resort
About Palmaïa - The House of AïA
Palmaïa – The House of AïA is an all-inclusive holistic wellness resort on Mexico's Riviera Maya, set between a one-kilometre stretch of Caribbean beach and 400 hectares of untouched Mayan jungle. The atmosphere is immersive and nature-led, with a strong emphasis on conscious living, plant-based nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
The resort is shaped by four wellness pathways known as AïA\Wellness: The Nourishing Biome, which covers plant-forward organic cuisine across six dining venues; Portals of Practice, a programme of over 50 weekly holistic classes and ceremonies including yoga, meditation, cacao ceremonies and sound healing with singing bowls; Rituals of Sound, a series of barefoot beach music gatherings led by live artists; and The Restorative Temple, centred on Atlantis Spa and its healing rituals within the jungle. Activities and gatherings draw inspiration from local Mayan traditions and contemporary wellbeing practices, allowing guests to engage as much or as little as they wish.

Facilities include a temazcal, meditation areas, outdoor treatment spaces, a Ritual Deck within the jungle, and an indoor yoga studio accommodating over 200 guests.
The Portals of Practice programme offers over 50 weekly experiences, including sessions led by visiting masters from around the world. Sound healing features throughout, with singing bowl sessions and gong meditation offered alongside the wider schedule of movement and contemplative practices. Evening gatherings through the Rituals of Sound programme bring guests together on the beach for live music and ancestral rhythms in a setting that is communal and unhurried.
Dining
Dining at Palmaïa is shaped by the Nourishing Biome philosophy, which focuses on seasonal, organic ingredients prepared without refined sugars or seed oils. The approach is plant-forward and largely vegan-friendly, with non-vegan options available across all venues on request. Six dining venues and a food truck between them cover elevated Mexican cuisine, Pan-Asian flavours, Mediterranean cooking, casual oceanfront dining and a dedicated healthy café.
Lek: A sophisticated twist on traditional Mexican Cuisine. Here you will discover the hidden gems of Mexican culinary culture that are not yet exported around the world. This cuisine goes beyond Tacos and Burritos.
Su Casa: A Fresh blend of modern healthy cuisine combined with wood-fired cooking, amplifying the textures and flavors of the dishes.
Mar de Olivo: Mediterranean-inspired fresh healthy cuisine complemented by homemade pastas to indulge.
Ume: Set among a sophisticated jungle-influenced interior, serving Oriental Cuisine with a strong connection to Japan. Premium Sake Menu Available.
Charley's Vegan Taco Food Truck: Once a star of the Tulum food scene, this eatery specialises in street tacos replicating the textures and flavors of meat, all made in-house.
Plantissa: Healthy’er Café featuring plant-based offerings such as smoothies, bowls, bakery items, sandwiches, house favorites, local soups, fresh juices, and the best coffee on the resort.
EOLO Beach Club & Atlas Club: Home to expert mixologists crafting creative cocktails and other refreshing drinks, the EOLO Beach Club and Atlas Club pulse to the acoustics of visiting sound artists and local DJs.
