Lek: Serving traditional Mexican cuisine with a modern twist, LEK offers elevated dishes punctuated by secret herbs and spices harvested directly from the chef's own greenhouse.À la carte breakfast and dinner.

Su Casa: Relaxed beach atmosphere and ambience, Su Casa, or "Your House," offers seasonal dishes with locally sourced ingredients, all prepared with international flavour and flair. À la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

 

Mar de Olivo: Traditional Mediterranean dinner dishes are elevated and enriched by using lesser-known, but no less delicious ingredients and cooking methods.

 

Ume: Taking traditional Thai cuisine as a base for this dinner restaurant, Ume layers on top of that other East Asian flavours, spices, and scents, with the end result being a menu of fragrant, rich, and perfectly married fusion food.

 

El Caminante: The resort's on-property food truck is the perfect place to grab a quick bite from the ever-changing menu of Mexican street food favourites.

The resort was designed with sustainability in mind and strives to become one of the first carbon energy-neutral resorts in the world. Additionally, guests will not find single-use plastics on the property and all bathroom amenities are vegan and made with 100% biodegradable ingredients and essential oils.
