A fine dining restaurant with a menu that spans the best of Moroccan cuisine. Siniman invites you to a culinary journey with specially curated dishes prepared using seasonal produce from the organic garden and indigenous ingredients. With an authentic Moroccan ambience, replete with high ceilings, ornately carved columns and glowing fireplaces, the restaurant overlooks the magnificent outdoor patio inspired by the historic Medersa Ben Youssef.
Tamint
Serving Mediterranean, Indian and International cuisines using the best locally sourced ingredients and fresh seasonal produce from the organic garden. Dine indoors with a view of the gourmet show kitchen or at the al fresco terrace with views of the Atlas Mountains.
Azur
Enjoy a specially curated menu of light and healthy meals throughout the day complemented by views of the beautiful pool, the Grand Canal water feature, citrus and olive gardens and the Atlas Mountain range.

Good to know
The hotel uses cold-pressed unrefined olive oil from the 3,000 olive trees on the grounds. Harvested in October each year, this is pressed exclusively for The Oberoi Marrakech’s use.
