Maison de Lunel is a luxury detox and yoga retreat in the southwest of France offering a peaceful and restorative setting to deeply cleanse and detoxify your digestive system, flush away toxins and truly nourish your mind, body and soul. WELLNESS PROGRAMMES
The learning journey is a core theme of the retreats with a series of workshops which hosted throughout the retreat to explore and discuss the importance of detoxing, the benefits of juicing and a whole food plant-based lifestyle; as well as the importance of positive psychology and resilience and its impact on our happiness and health. The retreat will provide you with the knowledge and tools to make informed choices and create new habits when you go home.
FACILITIES
There’s plenty of time for rest and relaxation at Maison de Lunel’s stunning setting by the pool and in the infrared sauna and wood-burning hot tub. Twice daily yoga and meditation classes take place in the fully equipped yoga studio or on the lawns in the sunny months. For those wanting to explore the local area, the surrounding area can be discovered on foot and using the bikes available for retreat guests.
Spa
A massage treatment is included in your stay with additional holistic, Swedish, Deep Tissue or Indian Head Massage treatments which can be tailored to your needs.
Dining
Expect a range of nutritious juices throughout the day and nourishing soups in the evenings with workshops throughout the week to recreate at home. As far as possible, all of the fresh cold-pressed juices are made from seasonal organic produce sourced as locally as possible – in fact most of the produce comes from the permaculture farm in the local village.

Maison de Lunel offers a choice of Boutique Rooms and Deluxe Rooms – all bedrooms are at ground floor level with French doors and traditional shutters that overlook the pool terrace and countryside, or the courtyard gardens and barn. Each of the 10 spacious en-suite rooms boasts lofty high ceilings; retain many of the original features and have been thoughtfully designed with attention to making your stay as relaxing as possible. Wherever possible the owners have sourced the furnishings and accents from small businesses, local artisans and craftspeople with an emphasis on the highest of quality from the four corners of the world. The natural hues and materials lend themselves to the tranquillity and peacefulness that ensure a beautiful night’s sleep.

My stay in Maison de Lunel was absolute magic. Ross and Neil were very welcoming hosts from the moment I arrived to my departure. The retreat was educational and very informative.
