The FORESTIS Spa spans 2,000 m² over two serene floors, offering panoramic views of the UNESCO-listed Dolomites. This peaceful sanctuary is designed for deep relaxation and rejuvenation, featuring indoor and outdoor Finnish saunas, a bio sauna, a cold water plunge pool, two tranquil relaxation areas, and a silent room ideal for post-sauna calm. Guests can unwind in the tea lounge, which serves a curated selection of eight signature tea blends from South Tyrol, accompanied by light, nourishing snacks.

Inspired by the surrounding forest, the spa’s signature treatments are grounded in the philosophy of the four healing trees: mountain pine, spruce, larch, and Swiss stone pine. Each is chosen for its unique active ingredients, frequencies, and restorative benefits. These elements, along with healing woods, stones, and tree sound frequencies, create a deeply immersive wellness experience tailored to support physical, mental, and energetic renewal.

Restaurant

Head Chef, Roland Lamprecht, creates innovative dishes inspired from the forest and meadows. His style of cooking blends tradition with modern techniques and the cooking philosophy is based on variety, nature and authenticity by inspiration from local and seasonal products from the land.

Bar

Local ingredients play a key role in the bar where herbs, berries, nuts, barks, tree needles and shrubs come from the surrounding forests to give all drinks a special touch.

Rooftop Bar

The rooftop bar is located in the middle of the three wooden towers and is the highest rooftop bar in the world due to its location. An open lounge area with a fire pit forms the centre of the bar making it suitable all year round. From here, guests have an unrestricted and unique view of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, making the perfect spot, especially at sunset, this will be the perfect spot for apéritifs and digestifs.

Sustainability lies at the core of FORESTIS Dolomites’ philosophy. From the use of natural materials like stone, wood, fabric, and glass to the energy-efficient design, every element is thoughtfully considered for its environmental impact. The retreat is powered by a renewable wood heating system and its own energy plant, while outdoor lighting is replaced with atmospheric open fireplaces. A private garden supplies fresh herbs and edible flowers for the kitchen, supporting the hotel’s clean eating ethos. Head Chef Roland Lamprecht not only champions seasonal, local produce, but also actively reduces packaging, water pollution, and food waste through a no-waste principle. In the spa, products are crafted from 100% natural ingredients, and water used matches the purity of the renowned Plose spring—recycled and stored in refillable bottles for minimal environmental impact.
