Goddess Retreats provides a private paradise where guests can reconnect with their mind, body and soul in a sanctuary of calm. The programmes allow you to design your retreat to suit you so that you can be as active or relaxed as you like. Achieve total zen with twice daily yoga sessions in the open-air yoga Shala and daily meditation sessions, wander through the beautifully curated Balinese gardens, lounge by the swimming pool or watch the sunset on the rooftop patio. The team have partnered with local teachers and guides to offer cultural experiences so you can enhance your wellbeing discover the true spiritual and healing powers of Bali.
Spa
Every programme includes unlimited spa treatments which can be booked on arrival from massages to facials to body scrubs and can be enjoyed from the relaxing therapy rooms or outdoors to the sounds of nature. The team are also well connected with some of the best therapists and healers on the island and can help to arrange any additional alternative therapies outside of the retreat so that you can discover the healing culture of Bali.
Restaurants
All guests dine together with a healthy menu serving nutritious and flavoursome meals using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
There is a choice of three types of healthy menus on your retreat:
Goddess Glow Menu lovingly prepared by our chef includes 16 delicious whole food meals with full protein & seafood choices; along with organic ingredients from the Ubud permaculture farm and other local suppliers with cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices, raw home-made nut milks, herbal teas, fresh young coconuts served daily
Wellness Cleanse Menu focuses on plant based vegan or vegetarian meals, along with cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices, raw home-made nut milks, herbal teas, fresh young coconuts served daily
Ultimate Detox Menu is for those who want to cleanse deeply with 3 days of a selection of 6 cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices, nut milks plus fresh young coconuts served daily
All menus include unlimited purified water, freshly brewed coffees, teas, tonics, juices and smoothies. Fresh healthy treats are offered every afternoon from homemade bliss balls to tropical fruit platters.
Good to know
Two meals are not included in the programme so that guests can enjoy sampling some of Bali’s fantastic dining experiences.
There is a maximum of 16 people on the retreat which allows for a truly personalised experience. The staff are friendly and truly passionate about ensuring you feel like a true Goddess on your retreat.
LOCATION
The private oasis of Goddess Retreats tucked away with Bali’s chic playground of Seminyak. It is just a 10 minute walk to the main shopping streets and a 20 minute walk to the beach.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa is traditionally decorated with Balinese touches and equipped with all modern comforts for you to enjoy your stay from daily fresh cotton linens, kimono, hair dryers and the retreats own custom blended spa products for you to enjoy. The villas have shared or private pools and you can choose to have your own room or share with another Goddess.
