With a varied programme of intensive workouts and lifestyle workshops, this retreat has been carefully designed by expert trainers and coaches to help guests address their lifestyle choices and make lasting and sustainable changes to your mind and body.

38 Degrees North offers a varied fitness programme, where no day will ever be the same. The retreat aims to create sustainable healthy eating habits and to learn to exercise for optimum health, without cutting out completely on your favourite treats. Founders, James and Claire, are on hand to support and guide you through your educational journey throughout and once you’ve returned home.
With a maximum of 8 people on the retreat, expect a personalised experience which will be tailored accordingly to your fitness goals and abilities with up to 5 hours of optional activities a day, with a varied training programme which takes place on the beach, studio or tennis courts. There is also time for you to explore the local beaches or book a spa treatment in the spa.

The retreat takes place at the 5* Puento Romano Beach Resort which boasts a Six Senses luxury spa, several restaurants including offerings from Michelin Starred Dani Garcia, Nobu, full gym and tennis club and the Sea Grill with views over the Mediterranean sea and outstanding culinary delights. The programme allows for free time in the evenings to make use of the first-class facilities of the resort.
Enhance your stay at the Six Senses Spa by pampering yourself with extensive massages, beauty treatments and alternative therapies using natural and local ingredients. There is a supplement to use the spa facilities which include a hydrotherapy pool, cold plunge pool, heat and ice experience showers, herbal steam room, sauna, hammam and a relaxation lounge.
For breakfast and lunch, a range of healthy dishes are available to choose including fish and lean meat dishes. In the evenings, you will be free to explore any of the 9 restaurants on the resort, including a Michelin starred restaurant, organic and gluten-free cafes, as well as the seafront Sea Grill. Claire and James are also available to advise on healthier meal options.
Good to know
38 Degrees North is an educational health and fitness retreat, rather than a bootcamp, aiming to teach you sustainable healthy habits. There is no strict regime, so dependent on your goals, you’ll still be allowed to treat yourself to a glass of wine or dessert in the evenings.
Puente Romano is located on a stunning beach side location in the centre of the famous 'Golden Mile'. Both the Old Town and Puerto Banus are just a short stroll away, making it ideally located to experience the local boutiques and restaurants and the glistening marina’s in southern Spain.
The retreat includes a stay in a Deluxe room which has a sitting area and terrace to relax. If you would prefer a more spacious room, there is the option to upgrade to a Suite with partial or full sea views.
